24, a commercial film production company, wanted to grow and establish itself as a premiere creator of quality narrative content to compete with much larger firms. The brand needed to be simple and iconic, but with an ‘indie’ feel that would uniquely differentiate it from the conventional operators.

The Brief

To remain competitive, 24 productions wanted to tailor their business to attract a more lucrative clientele. Ever increasing production costs and lack of clear messaging were stymying their growth. Additionally, the current look and feel was visually inconsistent and suffered from a dated look. The company needed a clear direction and brand that reflected its values and creative talent.

The Approach

Based on research, a modern and bold look was in order. We needed to consolidate touchpoints to reduce costs and establish visual and copy guidelines to sufficiently manage brand messaging. This would be a driver for subsequent creative which would align with marketing efforts. Moreover, an update to their website and web publishing platform was integral so that news about the company, and projects, would always be current.

The Result

With an iconic logo, the visual vocabulary drove a stylish approach that suited the revamped copy style. The upgraded publishing system created opportunities for new and steady engagement across marketing channels. Targeted DMKs were developed for specific potential lucrative clients. The company’s communications were now clear and consistent which promptly delivered an uptick in new business engagement and interest.
